Refund policy

We hope you love your Happy Tappy clickers! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return your order within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition. You’ll also need proof of purchase (like your order number). We don’t accept returns on custom or personalised items, digital downloads, or anything returned after 14 days. If your item is damaged or incorrect, let us know — we’ll make it right and cover return shipping in those cases. To start a return, just email us at happytappyshop@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if there’s a problem. Once we get your item back and approve the return, we’ll refund the purchase to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds can take 5–10 business days to show up.
