Shipping policy

We’re excited to get your Happy Tappy order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking link.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch. You’ll be able to track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We also ship internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Please note that some locations may experience delays due to customs or local postal services. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply, and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
