All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or pricing errors. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within the timeframes stated at checkout. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is correct — we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Custom or personalised items are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
